This survey is a chance for you as a parent-to-be, Mum, Dad, Grandparent, guardian or carer, to tell your elected representatives how you have found accessing childcare locally. 

Local Authorities are required to have an understanding of the supply and demand of childcare places and any gaps in provision, alongside a plan for addressing these gaps.
